Francis Pollinger & Son, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that welcomes the new advancements and changing times in the roofing industry, yet still operates by the core values of Honesty, Integrity, and the Gratification of fulfilling every clients' requests from start to finish.

   In 1964, Francis Pollinger Sr., a Firefighter with the City of Wilmington, decided it was the right time to fulfill his dream of building his own roofing company. Not long after, Francis Pollinger Jr. was born, thus changing the company title to it's current name, Francis Pollinger & Son, Inc. 

Since it's conception in 1964, the Pollinger family has provided the tri-state area 59 years of hard work, dedication, and stunning results.
